What we collect

• The ModSmith AI account ID you enter.
• Your email address, to contact you about your order.
• Order details: pack, amount, time and payment status.
• Technical data such as IP address, used to prevent fraud and abuse.

Card details are entered on our payment provider's checkout page. We never receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to process your payment, deliver credits, handle support and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• Our payment provider, to process the payment.
• ModSmith AI, which receives your account ID and the number of credits so they can be added to your account.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them.
