1. About us

Topvia is operated by Topvia, Australia. You can reach us at support@topvia.example.

2. What we sell

We sell credits for ModSmith AI. Credits are added to the ModSmith AI account whose ID you enter at checkout. Credits can only be used inside ModSmith AI. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

3. Your account ID

Please check your account ID before paying. We confirm that the account exists, but we cannot tell whether it belongs to you. Tell us straight away if you entered the wrong ID and we will help where the credits have not been used.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any fees we charge. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. Payments are processed by our payment provider on a secure checkout page.

5. Delivery

Credits are usually delivered within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID.

6. Using credits

How many credits each task uses, and which features are available, is set by ModSmith AI and may change over time.

7. Refunds

See our refund policy.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
